Meet Experts from NASBA

  • Bill Emmer, CPA, is the Chief Operating Officer at NASBA, overseeing operations related to the CPA Exam, CPA licensing, technology, and professional education services. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience and previously served as Enterprise Program Manager for the CPA Exam, helping drive continuous testing and international expansion. Before joining NASBA, he held leadership roles in auditing, technology, and business transformation across several industries. 
  • Patricia Hartman is the Director of Client Services at NASBA, overseeing CPA exam and licensing operations, candidate databases, international evaluation services, and test center administration. She played a key role in transitioning the CPA Exam to computer-based testing and expanding international delivery, bringing experience from the U.S. Army, Lockheed Martin, and the U.S. Postal Service.
